Our product line has changed some, the old FK50 and FK85 controllers have been superseded by the newer FK55 and updated FK85 products, the newer controllers have a new case with a larger heat sink which provides a slightly upgraded current capability.
The new controllers also have a more advanced I/O line, which replaces the old ignition input. The new I/O allows for a simple over ride on or off, an option to run the controller at 100% when the AC is on, an optional shut off with the ignition, remote temperature adjustment, as well as the ability to calibrate the controller temperature setting. These, along with the 50p35, with the capability to run both a fan and water pump, complete our variable speed lineup. All of the existing orders will be fulfilled with the newer controllers.
A new, version of the economical two speed controller has also been added, the new 2sp2 controller utilizes an 80A, 120A peak relay for the high speed output and is designed to power any pair of the Ford two speed fans. As with our other products, they’re designed and manufactured in the USA
