Constant Temperature Controllers
The S50 / S70 kits are the highest current density controllers to date, measuring only 1.5" x 3" x 1.8" tall. They combine a seven foot cross-linked polyethylene insulated wiring loom, the high current S50 or S70 control unit with an integrated low mass radiator temperature sensor, along with all of the necessary hardware needed for installation in order to provide closed loop, variable speed control (0 - 100%) of a vast majority of available single and dual cooling fans. Built-in short circuit, over current, and over temperature protection, along with UL-94 potting and a 6000 series aluminum heat sink provide an extremely reliable control solution. The S50 can be used for all known aftermarket fans and all of the brushed OEM fans with the exception of the factory Ford F150 fans. The S70 has an increased current capability, allowing it to also power even the 63 Amp F150 fan |
The S245 contains two fully independent PWMs based on the S50, each rated at 45A continuous output. The pair can also be combined for a single 90A output. They can be used with independent sensors or a single sensor. Whether a single or a dual sensor is used, each can be set for its own temperature range. Each independent controller also contains its own 50% AC override, 100% override, short circuit, current overload, and over-temperature protection.

The S270 contains two fully independent S70 PWMs, each rated at 70A continuous output. The pair can also be combined for a single 140A output. They can be used with independent sensors or a single sensor. Whether a single or a dual sensor is used, each can be set for its own temperature range. Each independent controller also contains its own 50% AC override, 100% override, short circuit, current overload, and over-temperature protection.

The L101 indicator connects to the controller output and varies linearly from green to red as the controller power output increases
The TADJ module allows adjustment from inside the cab of +/- 20 degrees F
A splitting loom is available to control dual fans
