Constant Temperature Controllers and Accessories

The S50 / S70 kits are the highest current density controllers to date, measuring only 1.5" x 3" x 1.8" tall. They combine a seven foot cross-linked polyethylene insulated wiring loom, the high current S50 or S70 control unit with an integrated low mass radiator temperature sensor, along with all of the necessary hardware needed for installation in order to provide closed loop, variable speed control (0 - 100%) of a vast majority of available cooling fans. Built-in short circuit, over current, and over temperature protection, along with UL-94 potting and a 6000 series aluminum heat sink provide an extremely reliable control solution. The S50 can be used for all known aftermarket fans and all of the brushed OEM fans with the exception of the factory Ford F150 fans. The S70 has an increased current capability, allowing it to also power even the 63 Amp F150 fan

The FK-75 has a higher continuous current of 75A and has several features that aren't available on the smaller controllers such as a smart LED indicator and alternative sensor inputs. It can also be upgraded to an FK95 at the factory. It can be ordered with a 10 gauge loom (up to 65A continuous current) or an 8 gauge loom (up to 95A continuous current).

The FK-95 kit is identical to the FK75 kit, but uses a 260 Amp continuous current output transistor

The 65p35 kit combines both a fan and water pump controller in one package. The system, optimized for efficiency, starts the water pump at 35% power. As the engine warms to the set point, the water pump increases power to 100%, at the same time, the fan speed rises linearly to 35% power. Over the next three degrees, the fan power increases linearly to 100% power

Accessories

The L101 indicator connects to the controller output and varies linearly from green to red as the controller power output increases

instructions

The TADJ module allows adjustment from inside the cab of +/- 20 degrees F

instructions

A splitting loom is available to control dual fans

In applications where a long run to the battery is required, as with a relocated battery, an eight foot extension and input filter is available

instructions

An alternative to running a separate set of wires to the relocated battery, the input filter allows connection of the control unit to the starter solenoid. It is also required to allow running the low-impedance Ford dual fans
